Sweet Medical Center Sweet Medical Center Inc., established in 1988, is a Community Health Center and provides medical services regardless of ability to pay. Please call (406) 357-2294 for an appointment. All donations are welcome and tax deductible.


Since March 2003, Sweet Medical Center has offered a Health Assistance Program for those that have a total household income that is less than 200% of the current poverty level. Click on the following links to see if you qualify.

Closed on: New Years Day, Good Friday Afternoon, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
